The title of the song is Pause and Consider, which is a phrase that came straight from Grandpa's wood shop. He had replaced an old wooden door into the workshop with a sliding glass door he had come across somewhere. Although he loved the extra light that the glass door brought to his work space, he had an issue where sometimes he would forget it was closed and proceed to walk right into it. After this happened a couple of times he had had enough of it. He grabbed a piece of masking tape, wrote the words "Pause and Consider" on it, and stuck it on the door right at eye level to serve as a reminder to stop and think about where his path might be taking him. Wise words in the wood shop, and wise words in pretty much any life circumstance. I thought it was an appropriate title since the song (for me) has a feeling of contemplation mixed with a little inner struggle.

There is no greater expression of emotion than music. For me U137 is now the ultimate. This album is so very special. I had no idea of the back story when I first heard it. I just felt it spoke to me at a very deep and personal level. Such wonderful music that touches my heart and soul.
